Returns & Exchanges

We have a strict no refund policy.

We offer exchange-only within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition.

  • Original tags must be intact and attached.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging 

If you wish to return an item for exchange, please email us at info@rockyrafaela.com to initiate the process.
Please note: Rocky Rafaela does not cover return postage costs.


Sale Items

All sale purchases are final.
Exchange is possible (subject to availability), but no refunds will be issued.


Faulty Items

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time frame.

Please note:

  • Damage from wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

  • In accordance with ACCC guidelines, we will offer to repair faulty items wherever possible.

If repair is not possible, we will:

  • Replace the item with the same product and size, subject to availability, or

  • Offer a full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders typically take 1–3 weeks to arrive.
This depends on our current production schedule.

Custom Jackets

Some of our leather pieces are made to order to minimise waste and reduce environmental impact.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
These custom pieces are worth the wait.

International Orders

  • Delivery timeframe: approx. 7–10 business days, depending on location.

  • For urgent deliveries, please contact us to explore express options.

Please note:

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance delays.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    Rocky Rafaela cannot mark items as "gifts" due to legal restrictions.
