Born from the shadows that shape us, this collection is a tribute to the beauty found in tension — the pull between softness and strength, elegance and rebellion. Designer Rochelle Gregory draws inspiration from the dualities we all carry, using fire as both metaphor and motif: florals are set alight, butterflies caught mid-burn — a celebration of beauty in motion, ignited rather than destroyed.

Signature techniques take on new meaning this season.
Smocking becomes a sculptural expression of pressure and release, while eyelet detailing represents symbolic bullet holes — a nod to the scars we wear proud. Each piece is a declaration: not of fragility, but of survival. Not of perfection, but power.

"This collection is about transformation — not despite the shadows, but because of them," says Gregory. “Sometimes we need to be set on fire to wake up.”

Resistance in Bloom fuses Rocky Rafaela’s signature feminine edge with architectural silhouettes, buttery-soft leathers, sheer mesh, and exclusive prints that speak of heat, strength, and self-reclamation.
